Talking to Arvin will unlock the Warm Stone he asks the player to take it to Whisker Woods's hot spring and heat it up, so that they can then unthaw the river and waterfall with it. The river leading from Whisker Woods into North Pawville has frozen up, thanks to Ivlet. Godfrey's water wheel has already run into another problem. Delivering the Sign Wood will repair the Aquarium and unlock its features. He asks that the player go find some Sign Wood for a new sign in Whisker Woods.
